Fish cast in CW's 'Arrow' pilot

British thesp Colin Fish has became a member of CW pilot "Arrow." "Arrow," in line with the Electricity Comics book "Eco-friendly Arrow," has been created by Warner Bros. Television and Berlanti Prods. Premise focuses on former billionaire playboy Oliver Full who, after being stranded for 5 years on the deserted island, returns having a mysterious agenda and lethal group of new abilities he uses inside a fight against crime. Stephen Amell was formerly cast within the lead role as Full. Greg Berlanti is writing and professional creating with Marc Guggenheim and Andrew Kreisberg. David Nutter is pointing the pilot as well as receives professional producer credit. Fish will have Walter Steele, an old business connect from the late Robert Full and also the No. 2 professional at Full Consolidated who married Moira Full following her husband's dying at ocean and also the disappearance of her boy, Oliver. 'Kyle XY' Actor Joins ABC Family Comedy 'Baby Dad

ABC Household is keeping it, well, in the household.InchKyle XY" actor Jean-Luc Bilodeau continues to be cast within the cable network's new comedy series, "Baby Dad," set to premiere this summer time.Furthermore, "Reba" alumna Melissa Peterman continues to be upped to series regular. Cast people include Chelsea Kane, Derek Theler and Tahj Mowry.Within the half-hour multicamera series, Bilodeau will have Ben, who all of a sudden turns into a father to some little girl when she's left at his doorstep by an ex-girlfriend. Ben decides to boost the infant with the aid of his mother Bonnie (Peterman), his brother Danny (Theler) and the buddies Tucker (Mowry) and Riley (Kane), that has a secret crush on him."Baby Dad," which starts production early in the year and will also be shot before an active audience in La, originates from Serta Berendsen ("The Nine Lives of Chloe King").Bilodeau performed Josh Trager on "Kyle XY." Universal dates 'Identity Thief'

Universal has set a May 10, 2013 release date for Seth Gordon's crime comedy "Identity Crook."Jason Bateman and Melissa McCarthy are affixed to star with Scott Stuber to create through his Stuber Pictures banner, alongside Bateman and Peter Morgan for DumbDumb. Pic involves a guy whose identity is stolen with a lady.Universal used exactly the same weekend this past year for that opening of "Bridesmaids," that McCarthy received an Oscar nom."Identity Crook" will open against Warner Bros.' sci-fier "Off-shore Rim," directed by Guillermo del Toro within the tale of the alien attack threatening our planet's existence. The Nanny Star to Storm ABC's Castle

Phylicia Rashad Add Phylicia Rashad to the list of classic sitcom stars looking to make a comeback next season. But in this case, Rashad is making a move to drama, joining the cast of the NBC pilot Do No Harm. In the thriller, a modern day take on "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde," Rashad will play Dr. Vanessa Young, the Chief of Surgery and the boss to brilliant neurosurgeon Jeffrey Kohl (Steven Pasquale). Kohl has a secret: He's managed to keep his dangerous alter ego, Ian Price, in check. But when he develops immunity to medicine that had kept Ian under wraps, his evil side aims to destroy the good side's career and personal life. A powerful and intimidating figure, Vanessa is Jeffrey's greatest champion but is also deeply confrontational and calls things like she sees them. Rashad joins a cast that also includes Alana De La Garza, Ruta Gedmintas, Mousa Kraish and Michael Esper. Rashad is currently on the big screen in the Tyler Perry feature Good Deeds. Her other recent credits include For Colored Girls, Just Wright and the TV movies Change of Plans and A Raisin in the Sun. She has also guested on Psych. '90s Stars Make a Comeback But Rashad, of course, is best known for her iconic 1980s role of Clair Huxtable on The Cosby Show. She partnered again with Bill Cosby in his 1990s sitcom Cosby. Rashad joins a growing number of veteran TV players starring in pilots this spring, including Roseanne Barr, John Goodman, Kirstie Alley and John Stamos. Universal Television is the studio on Do No Harm, which was written and executive produced by David Schulner.
