Noyce last directed this year's thriller 'Salt,' starring Jennifer Aniston.Phillip Noyce is positioned to direct "The Arrangement" for Mandate Pictures. Original idea was produced inhouse, with John Tucker penning the script. Mandate prexy Nathan Kahane is creating. Story follows a married lady who comprises an offer to get 72 hrs getting a wealthy guy in exchange for financing and really should select from him and her husband. "Phil Noyce's deftness with genre combined with empathy for his figures made him a perfect match that hopefully is indeed a watercooler movie," Kahane mentioned. No production start date remains set, and so the helmer may need to choose from among numerous projects the film he'd direct first. Noyce is onboard to direct the Relativity pic "Timeless," with Liam Hemsworth attached. Noyce was already mixed up in casting of "Timeless," so probably it'll enter into production first. He'd then follow with "The Arrangement." Noyce may also be pointing and professional creating ABC frosh drama "Revenge," which recently got acquired for just about any full season. He's repped by UTA, Cameron's Management and Ziffren Brittenham. Contact Justin Kroll at justin.kroll@variety.com
